Softplay is designed for young children to explore, have fun, and develop their physical and social skills in a safe environment. This gives little ones a safe area to play, create, and explore all while having FUN. It includes ball pits, slides, blocks, and much more. Our setups can be used both indoors or outdoors

What ages best enjoy your rentals?

Our play areas are designed for children ages 6 months - 4 years old.

It is mandatory for Parents to stay and supervise the littles in the play area, but are not allowed to not sit/play on the softplay equipment.

Can you set up indoors and outdoors?

Yes, we are equipped to set up for both indoor and outdoor spaces. While it's recommended to measure the intended space, be assured that we can tailor our play area to fit your specific dimensions.

For outdoor events, please note that there is a grass setup fee applicable only for soft play. This fee covers the additional equipment required to flatten the surface and ensure the safety of the mats. Rest assured, we've got your space covered!

Furthermore, for outdoor setups, we highly recommend having a contingency plan (Plan B) in case of rain or wind. Please be informed that we will not proceed with the setup if there's any chance of rain or high winds. Additionally, ensure that there are no muddy conditions present for the setup. Your cooperation is appreciated!

Keep in mind that if an outdoor space is chosen between April and October, a tent must be provided by the client to cover the area. The tent must have three sides covered to ensure the protection of equipment, especially considering the potential for extreme heat during this period for the well-being of the kids.

How often is your rental equipment cleaned?

We clean, sanitize, and disinfect our equipment after every rental to ensure a safe experience for all of your party guests.
